Cool professional housemate wanted! in Caerphilly, Caerphilly for sale

I am a 32 year old professional female and looking for a professional housemate male or female. Bills are included in the rent including wifi and sky tv. The room is a double in a 3 bedroom house. Currently it has a double bed double wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There's also room for a desk, drawers and shelves. There is a large living room with a lovely view of the countryside and a 6 seater sofa. There is a bath and a shower. There's plenty of shops nearby and Asda, Morrisons, Lidls and Tescos are less than 10 minutes away. Also a few pubs in the village and in and around Caerphilly. Cardiff centre is about 15 minutes on the train and a bus 10 minutes from the station. I like to keep fit and do some sort of exercise twice a week and occasionally go for a run.
